Transaction Fees & Payment Instructions
- Funds credited to your account are subject to transaction fees charged by intermediary banks.
- Please ensure that your Company name or Reseller Username appears in the Sender section of the wire/bank transfer.
- Once you initiate the Wire Transfer please create a ResellerClub Support Request under the "Billing: Funds Remittance" category. Please add details of the Wire Transfer, including Reseller Username, your Company Name, Date of Transfer, Originating Bank, Transferred Amount, and your Bank Account Number.
- For Demand Draft payments, please create a ResellerClub Support Request under the "Billing: Funds Remittance" category specifying your Reseller ID, Demand Draft number and issuing Bank.
- Please ensure that Cheque or Demand Draft is payable at Mumbai, India for the selected amount in Indian Rupees. Please write your ResellerClub username on the back of the cheque.
- Our Billing Team can take upto 24 hours to update your Support Ticket with the status of your Transaction.

ResellerClub has a "No-Questions-Asked" refund policy. We will refund any unused portion of your deposit within 1 week of your request.
To initiate a refund:
- Login to your Reseller Control Panel
- Navigate to the following link: Billing -> Refund and follow the instructions on the page.
There may be minor changes in your refund amount due to fluctuations in international currency rates. We will refund your amount via the same payment mode through which the payment was originally received.
ResellerClub will place your Reseller account and your purchased packages on hold if the refund results in your Total Receipts falling below USD 199.
This process is applicable to payments made through Credit Cards, PayPal and CC Avenue.
WebMoney Refunds: In order to get a Refund for funds added via WebMoney, you will need to create a Support Request under the "Billing: Funds Remittance" category.
Please specify the following information in the Support Request:
- WMID
- Purse Number
- Account Username/Email ID
- Company Name
- Date of Transfer
- Amount of Transfer
A transaction charge of 0.8% is levied by WebMoney against all refunds.
Alipay Refunds: A transaction charge of 3% is levied by Alipay on all refunds.
- Refunds can be processed upto 60 days after the Date of Transaction.
- If a Refund is initiated after 60 days, the funds will be transferred to you via Wire Transfer or Cheque only.
